1. Respect 

• All individuals are expected to be respectful to each other 

• Offensive language, disruptive behaviour, or disrespect towards staff, volunteers, or visitors will not be tolerated 

• Everyone must adhere to Islamic principles of modesty, honesty, and courtesy ​

2.Prayer and Worship​

• Please maintain silence in the prayer areas to respect the the space and the people in it

• Phones should be turned off or put on silent during prayer times #attendees should dress modestly in accordance with Islamic guidance 

3.Educational Program​

• Participation in educational programs require prior registration 

• Parents are responsible for ensuring their children follow mosque guidance 

4.Mosque Facilities​

• Mosque facilities must be treated with care and respect 

• No food or drink are allowed unless authorised 

• Event bookings for community gathering must be approved by the mosque administration 

5.Charity & Donation​

• Donations to the mosque must go though authorised channels or personal

• we maintain transparency of any fund allocation and can be found on donation page

6.Safety & Security

• The mosque is a family friendly environment; any inappropriate behaviour will result in a ban from the premise

• CCTV cameras are installed for security purposes 

• In case of emergency, follow mosque staff instructions or find emergency exit door 

7.Community events & Collaborators ​

• Community events are open to all unless stated otherwise 

• Collaboration with external organisations must be reviews and approved by mosque management 

• Promotional material from external sources must not be distributed without prior permission 

8.Privacy and Data Protection​

• Personal information collected during events or donation will be kept confidential and protected 

• We comply with relevant data protection laws to ensure your privacy 

9.Health and Hygiene ​

• Attendees are encouraged to maintain personal hygiene, especially when sharing prayer spaces 

• The wudu area should be used responsibly, and facilities should be left clean for others 

• Anyone feeling unwell is advised to stay home to prevent the spread of illness 

10.Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or concerns should be addressed with mosque administration in a respectful manner 

• We aim to resolve issues amicably, in line with Islamic teaching of fairness and justice

11.Parking Conditions​​

• Parking on double yellow lines outside of mosque is not permitted 

• Please be mindful of our neighbours and do not block residential driveway's or access points

• Ensure that their is sufficient space for pedestrians and other vehicles to pass safely 

• keep noise levels to a minimum when driving or leaving the mosque, especially during early morning and late nights. This includes loud music, excessive revving.​

By participating in mosque activities or using mosque facilities, individuals agree to abide by these terms and condition. The mosque administration reserves the right to update these terms and as necessary
